Mononoke.Made

A brand born from a special project between world-renowned artist Takashi Murakami and designer Yuta Hosokawa, who also works on READYMADE/©SAINT Mxxxxxx. The two first met in 2018. Since then, they have cultivated a deep mutual respect and dialogue as creators, and in 2021, Murakami invited Hosokawa to hold a solo exhibition at Kaikai Kiki Gallery, demonstrating the trust they have built over many years. Building upon this foundation, mononoke・made, Kaikai Kiki's first original brand, was born after approximately two years from conception to completion.
