Comme des Garçons, the pioneering Japanese label headed by Rei Kawakubo, introduced its PLAY line in 2002. Devoted to wardrobe basics with a nod to patterns, the line’s minimalist knits are always adorned with variations on its iconic bug-eyed heart logo designed by New York artist Filip Pagowski.
