This site is built for our dedicated clients who have sent our area and still wish to participate in our store. As with our in-store policies Riccardiboston.com does not offer refunds, so we ask that before you decide to complete a purchase through this site you be 100% certain of your selection(s). This site is built and maintained by knowledgeable staff that can assist in any specific questions pertaining to garments. In order to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, we have outlined the policies and terms of RiccardiBoston.Com below.
1.No Refunds are avaialable for any merchandise for any reason. A merchandise/store credit will be issued to customers who return product within 5 days of receiving purchased items. This will be strictly enforced. All returned items must be unworn, in delivered condition, with all attached tags and packaging. We reserve the right to contest any returned item and return back to the purchaser if the above conditions are not met. If we do apporve your return you will be issued a merchandise credit that is valid only on RiccardiBoston.com for ONE year after Issue. All international Orders (any place outside the 50 us states) ARE FINAL SALE.
2.Any merchandise purchased on sale or with a promotional code is a final sale. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES ON ANY DISCOUNTED ITEM.
3.Due to high shipping costs and tarifs, all international sales will be FINAL SALES.All of the merchandise for sale at RiccardiBoston.com is brand new merchandise direct from the designer collections. Authenticity is 100% gaurenteed on every piece we sell.
4.A merchandise credit from RiccardiBoston.Com is only valid for one year after issue and only valid on RiccardiBoston.com. A credit issued through this website is not able to be used inside the Riccardi Store.
5.Orders are taken 24hours a day. A hold is put on your card until the item is located in the size and color requested. If we are sold out if the item the hold will be lifted from the card and you will not be charged. Product is shipped Monday-Friday. We Do Not Ship on Saturday or Sunday. An order placed after Friday at 12pm cannot be shipped until the following monday.Tracking # will be provided in an email once the package has been shipped.
6.International orders are possible however they must be submitted via email. Please submit all international orders to info@riccardiboston.com. Once an international order request is submitted, an email with the estimated shipping costs, along with the duties and taxes, will follow. These costs are provided by UPS and can vary depending on each country's' shipping laws. If you agree to pay the esimated shipping costs, we can then process your order via PAYPAL. We only accept PAYPAL for international orders! We will NOT under any circumstance declare an item for a lesser value!! All International Orders Are FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES or REFUNDS!
7.Not all the collections we sell instore are allowed to be sold on RiccardiBoston.com. If there is a piece from a specific collection please contact an instore representative for further assistance.
